Payments & Refund PolicyAll payments made to Probyte Media are subject to agreed billing terms.Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.Monthly marketing retainers must be paid before campaign execution.Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta are non-refundable.Refund requests, if applicable, will be evaluated based on the work completed and project stage.

All creative assets, strategies, designs, advertisements, content, and marketing materials developed by Probyte Media remain the property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of approved deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Third-party tools, stock images, plugins, themes, and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

Confidentiality We respect client confidentiality and do not disclose sensitive business information to third parties unless required by law or authorized by the client. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary strategies, pricing, and internal processes shared by the agency.

Termination of Services Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.
